Young farmers Young people who choose to stay farming but at present find themselves with little or no supports Young people who are not yet farming but intend to farm in the future. These need to be thought that farming may not provide them with a viable income into the future Therefore they need to equip them selves with relevant skills so as to be in a position to obtain quality part-time employment. |

Bachelor farmers live in very isolated conditions; we will provide them with an outlet for outside communication and an opportunity for self-development through one to one contacts along with our outreach service. | ||

Older Farmers need to be encouraged to view the opportunities available to
them, which will allow them improve their quality of life and also give more
responsibility to the younger generation. |
